Wally Kelly has become the CEO of Superior Digital Displays. He began his career in outdoor advertising sales and rapidly moved up the ranks of senior management. His rise culminated in his becoming Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor Advertising, the publicly traded leader of the out of home media business in the United States. Under Kelly's guidance CBS Outdoor made key acquisitions and developed a network of digital signage in major U.S. Markets, that has become the standard of the industry. Wally's love of sports has been a constant in his life and in his career. Since lettering (for three years) on the Idaho State football team, he has served as a Director on the boards of the College Football Hall of Fame, and on the Fiesta Bowl; as well as on the board of the Idaho State University. Kelly has been honored with both of the out of home industry's highest awards and has served with distinction as Chairman of the OAAA for three consecutive terms.

Lou Formisano has been made the Chief Revenue Officer of Superior Digital Displays, a newly-formed media corporation with a national footprint. Formisano has had a widely respected executive career for over three decades in the largest out-of-home media companies in America. After graduating from the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts he became a creative director at Gannett Outdoor. Moving on to the sales side he ultimately became the Senior Vice President of Sales at Outdoor Systems, Infinity Outdoor, Viacom Outdoor, CBS Outdoor and Outfront Media where he oversaw substantial growth in traditional billboards, transit advertising and digital signage. Lou's passion for the business has extended to his family as well, where two of his daughters are successfully involved in the out-of-home media business.

William Mulder has been involved in global technology sales, marketing and entrepreneurial ventures for over 25 years. In 2007 Mr. Mulder founded North American Electronic Displays Inc. (“NAED), a precursor to Superior Digital Displays. NAED had exclusive sales rights in parts of North America for Hoyco LED Systems, where Mulder envisioned the economic potential for LED boards. He delivered, installed and maintained LED boards to casinos, movie theatres and sporting arenas nationally. Bill Mulder also created and delivered the first “portable LED stands for shopping centers, now a common form of advertising, Prior to founding NAED Bill designed, constructed and managed 25 family entertainment centers (“FED”) across the USA including Kansas City, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Denver, Spokane, Salt Lake City, Davenport, Omaha, Licoln and Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. Mulder started Germany based Mulder Marketing in 1988 having the exclusive rights to market Kenwood Electronics and the Bose Speaker Company in the European Duty Free Markets. Mulder Marketing achieved record sales in excess of 20 MM by breaking into new markets including Dutch Military, Belgium Military, Navy Army Force Institutes (NAAFI), British Military, and German cruise ship ports.
